Service Description

Measure progress. Refine direction. Continue developing with purpose. The Performance Checkpoint Session is designed to reassess the key performance indicators established during your Performance Baseline Assessment and evaluate how your body is adapting to training. Recommended every 8-12 weeks, this session provides objective insight into your progress and helps guide the next phase of development. Performance is not static. As training evolves, so do the physical demands placed on the body. The Checkpoint Session allows us to review what is improving, identify what may be limiting progress, and ensure your programme continues to align with your goals, sport, and current physical capacity. During the session, we revisit relevant testing and profiling measures from your baseline assessment. This may include force and strength profiling, movement assessment, mobility testing, sprint or change of direction metrics, and biomechanical analysis where appropriate. By comparing results over time, we can objectively assess adaptation, identify trends, and make informed coaching decisions. The session also includes a detailed review of your current programme, training response, and overall progression. Together, we assess what is working well, where adjustments may be needed, and how training should evolve moving forward.
